Circle Lens Review: Ms. Bvlgari (Brown)

Ms. Bvlgari: 0 - 650 in 50 steps
Colors available: Violet Blue Brown Grey
Diameter : 16mm
Base Curve : 8.60
Content : 58% poly HEMA
Water Content : 42%

These lens known as Ms. Bvlgari lens, are from the Prodigurls by Fynale series which have newly been introduced into Paffu Shop

Size: Usually, I purchase circle lens that are either 14 or 14.2mm (the maximum diameter I would buy) so at first, I was quite hesitant of purchasing such large lenses however, I was surprised that they didn't look as bug-eyed as I thought they would have. The enlargement is noticeable and impressive although requires suitable make-up to ensure the lens blend in.

Even though the lens was larger, it was comfortable to wear throughout the time I wore it for (around 6 hours) without the feeling of it drying out.

Design: I was impressed with the unique design of the lens as shown in the image below. The design itself is simple yet nice and natural. I like the black border around the lens and how it defines the lens effectively with the striking flower type orange pattern around the inner circle.

Colour: The brown was a light, golden/orange shade on its own, but when I wore it, it looked light brown with all the subtle detail from the design visible. The hint of orange is more visible when photo is taken with flash on.

Natural light (Without Flash):

Normally, I wear brown lens that range from 14-14.2mm so these Ms. Bvlgari lenses was different and I'm pleased with the creative design yet how it still is able to look fairly natural. Although, I do recommend you wear an appropriate amount of make up otherwise the lens will stand out too much and as a consequence, your face will most likely seem disproportioned. Overall, I was pleased with all aspects of these Ms. Bvlgari lens and would recommend these to anyone who want a natural colour and design yet enlarging lens.

Because You Forgot Yesterday

Tomorrow, you promise yourself, will be different, yet, tomorrow is too often a repetition of today. And you disappoint yourself again and again. — James T. Mckay
Firstly, I would just like to say that from the photos I've already seen, so many people from the BGGS Charity Social, QA Formal and BSHS Semi looked absolutely amazing!!!!

Mmmmm holidays, a time where I can I think right now, my first few days of this three week holiday has consisted of me wearing 1293483949238 layers of clothing while snuggled up all cosy while watching How I Met Your Mother without having to worry about any upcoming assessment. Oh, and you can't forget about cooking/eating and sleeping.

Yay for late night desserts that I made purely out of boredom:

Mmmmm, let me introduce you to my new favourite ice-cream. It tastes heavenly and is also highly addictive. I've probably eaten half the tub already (in a day). The label is right, it is deliciously irresistible icecream ;__;

After weeks of trying to find a nice pair of suede boots, I finally found this pair that was everything I'd been searching for. Last pair in my size, ffyea.

Tonight, I went over to have dumplings at my grandparents house. I've never really liked eating dumplings when they usually make them, but recently I've begun to start liking them...

I didn't have much to do afterwards, so I sat down and watched the Chinese channels on TV everyone else was watching, and this show was about a court case interrogating this 22 year old man who killed his mother because she told him off for coming home too late from the internet cafe (it's a true story). It was pretty disturbing especially when they get into detail and this man has got a lot of issues. He hit her on the head and used the curtain string things to ... yeh you get the point. I didn't want to watch but I also couldn't look away.

Then there was this show where a lady described how she lost 15kg by acupuncture. Apparently, if you get the right acupuncture procedure done a few times a day/week, you don't feel as hungry, you stop thinking about food yet your body thinks it's getting food or something like that... it as interesting okay ;_;

Anyway, you know what else is interesting? Lulu, so smile while she takes a photo of you.

Roaming Roma

Something still exists as long as there’s someone around to remember it. — Jodi Picoult
Had cute little day with the family (mainly Lulu) yesterday, because I so didn't want to stay at home and sleep or anything.... :D

Spent the afternoon strolling around Roma Street Parkland in the glimmering sun and even though I walk through Roma when walking down to the city after school, I've never stopped to look and admire the flowers (and it's been a few years since I actually did) so afternoon nicely spent.

After that, we were hungry so we travelled to eat some lunch and I somehow ended up looking after Lulu for most of the afternoon while parents went shopping.

Beef Udon noodles !

I took Lulu over to Tea Etc. and sat there for a good fifteen or so minutes and she was so excited at everything, ahhh so cute. Afterwards, I took her to the supermarket and I swear people thought I as some teeen mum or something ;A;

mmmmmmmm well school today was absolutely pointless. We had a QCS short response practice in periods one and two then a multiple choice practice in periods five and six. Can't wait until the end of this week. Oh, and I'm working through the holidays too ~

Life is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans. — John Lennon
This was my outfit of the day a few days ago but I thought I would post it:

So, after two terms, Kristie's and my long planned dinner, finally happened.

While waiting for Kristie to arrive, I sat outside the Myer Centre and this asian (I'm thinking Korean because he thought I was Korean...) comes up to me and asks for directions to King George... then he sneakily slips the 'can I have your number?' trick. For a moment I didn't know how to respond then I replied with something along the lines 'Oh, I'm actually waiting for my """boyfriend""" so no."

Anyway, once Kristie came we ate at Vapiano's and I ordered the Fusilli Carbonara:

After that, we walked to King George where they had the Winter Festival and enjoyed some Chai Lattes.......

Half-watched people ice-skate but not really:

To be honest, there isn't very much to do during the night at the city at my age... I guess they expect everyone to be home sleeping or something...

On the way to the bus stop, we saw this crazy pair of wedges/heels, how chunky are they?!

One day you will wake up and there wont be any more time to do the things you've always wanted. Do it now.
 -Paulo Coehlo
Meg and I had our second nice little study session today before rewarding ourselves with Max Brenner and some retail therapy.

Meg's amazing looking Cappaccino and Chocolate Dip:

My Banana Bread and White Hot Chocolate:

Earlier this evening I was babysitting Sophie and then Lulu came running in and made herself comfortable next to Sophie. She was being so cute hugging and kissing her. When I took my camera out, Lulu kept telling Sophie to look my way.

She was counting all the people in the Cabi poster, so then I asked her to point to the person she though was most attractive and she pointed at Taecyeon, I'm obviously an influential sister, I've taught her well :')

Magazine Scans

Well tonight, I finally got the chance to read my Vivi and Rayli magazines I purchased last year while down in Melbourne. It really put my Chinese skills to the test but I think my self esteem lowered by about -1874839719273983749 ;__;

The Rayli (middle and last photo) was the issue where they celebrated their sweet sixteenth last year, so the magazine is the same age as me! The magazine with SNSD came with the middle one.

There's all these super amazingly pretty people in these magazines so I thought I'd share some with you all:

I think the model on the right is so gorgeous, I wish I looked like her ;__;
(Yes I am aware that much editing has probably been done but still....)

And here are two of the most perfect people in the world - Angelababy and Fan Bing Bing:

And celebratory dessert for Rayli's birthday:

There were so many more photos but ... yeah.

Ma Chambre

You can spend minutes, hours, days, weeks or even months over-analysing a situation; trying to put the pieces together, justifying what could’ve, would’ve, should’ve happened. Or.. You can just leave the pieces on the floor and move on.
Today was the first day I was able to sleep in since last holidays. Woke up this morning(late morning) to find I was the only one actually in the house. For some reason, I was really in the mood for some French toast and taada:

Well, I spent most of day cleaning my room and I remember someone on Formspring asked me to do a room tour so I guess here's one for you, before and after I cleaned my room:

Clearly I cannot be bothered maintaining a nice clean state of room during school terms...

And after cleaning (notice how it's already dark outside...):

Ummm... yeah lol:

I can feel you all judging my messiness...

After cleaning:

Still a bit messy, but meh:

Okay, the mirror was not shiny at all and the glass panel things not very clean either....:

But then after, you can't even tell it's a mirror (hopefully):
Oh, and with my shower, I still have no idea why there are two shower heads........ o_o
(In my pj's)

Cleaned the glass and scrubbed the floors/tiles and look it's shiny it reflects *u*

I feel so accomplished. I cleaned out my drawers, vacuumed the floor, cleaned the toilet..........

Okay I'll stop.

But it was nice to finally be able to stay at home all day without stressing out 24/7.

Someone that respects you, won’t see you as something to get. They’ll see you as something to keep. - Thomas Gene

Who would have guessed the end of semester one would be close within our reach? There are times when time just escapes out of your hands and you are left with wishing time would never end but then there are those moments where time just seems to drag on, and on, and on. That's how I feel about this year so far. There have been moments where I'm just like, 'wtf, how is already June?' and then are the moments where I just think 'Oh, it's only June?'.

Well,with exams and stress that always seem to accompany them, comes comfort food and shopping, and a lot of both. Food > Life.

Family friends usually come give us free sushi once or twice a week, they usually come at night time but they came in the morning today.

My purchases over the last two days, lessens the pain of assessment. Bella and I went to the city yesterday and I bought the bag. We walked to the Free Loop to go back to school and then Bella decided to buy one too and now we both have matching bags, teehee. Universal only had two more of these bags left too!

I decided to get a haircut today since the last time I got it cut was in September last year. So, I Got all my dead and split ends chopped off so my layers don't look so layered anymore. I also had this hair massage and treatment which made my hair feel so soft and silky.

ps. Hello Jueun

pps. Good luck to you all on your exams and upcoming assessment!
